All About Us

The Beta Lambda Colony of Sigma Beta Xi Sorority, Inc was chartered on May 8th, 2019 by Sujey “Ultimate” Perez.

We service Tampa Bay and its surrounding areas which include Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and parts of Hernando and Polk Counties

Our motto is “to bring the community together one swan at a time through sisterhood and motherhood”

Our Slogan: Virtuous Women working together to make a positive impact within ourselves, our sisterhood, and our community.

Who is Sujey “Ultimate” Perez you say?

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I moved to Tampa, FL in 2007 with my 3-year-old son, my sister and her 5-year-old. We did not know anyone out here when we first got here. Over the past 12 years, we made a life for ourselves and met a lot of amazing people along the way. That is when, I realized that family is a lot more than your actual “blood” family. Family is about those that believe in your goals and dreams with you, support and push you to achieve them, and who help you be the best version of yourself. My experiences have taught me that I want to be that person for someone else. Throughout the years, I have searched for ways to do just that. Fast forward to today, I have 2 amazing boys (15 & 1) and I have finally found a place where I belong. Sigma Beta Xi Sorority, Inc is now a part of my family. I get the best of both worlds by getting the opportunity to create sisterly bonds with amazing women while changing the lives of the people in the Tampa Bay community. I truly believe this sisterhood was made just for me!
